Order Cancellation & Change Policy

1. Policy Overview

At Ligrowtee, we strive to process and fulfill our modern wall art orders as efficiently as possible. Because our pieces are often prepared for shipping shortly after an order is placed, we have established specific windows for cancellations and modifications. Our goal is to balance the need for speed with the flexibility our customers require.

2. Order Cancellation

You may request a full cancellation of your order within the first 12 hours of placement. During this period, we can halt the fulfillment process and issue a complete refund to your original payment method without any administrative fees.

Note: Once an order has entered the printing or fulfillment stage (typically after 12 hours), it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the item after this window, you must wait for the package to arrive and then follow our standard 30-day return process.

3. Order Modifications

If you need to change the details of your order, such as the artwork size, design variant, or shipping address, please contact us immediately. Modifications follow the same 12-hour window as cancellations.

• Shipping Address Changes: We can update your shipping address within 12 hours. After this time, the package may already be in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), and we cannot redirect it.
• Item Swaps: To change to a different piece of wall art, we recommend cancelling the original order (if within 12 hours) and placing a new one to ensure inventory accuracy.

4. Refund Issuance

Upon a successful cancellation within the 12-hour window, Ligrowtee will process your refund immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the transaction to be reflected on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.

To ensure your request is seen within the valid timeframe, please follow these steps:

2. Include your full name and the specific details you wish to change or the reason for cancellation.
