Currently, Ligrowtee focuses exclusively on serving the United States market to ensure the fastest delivery and highest quality control for our modern wall art.

Q: What is your return window?

We provide a 30-day return policy from the date your package is delivered. Items must be in their original, unused condition and professional packaging.

Q: Are there any restocking fees?

No. At Ligrowtee, we do not charge restocking or administrative fees for returns. You will receive a 100% refund of the product price if the return is approved.

Q: When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, but only within 12 hours of placing the order. Please email support@ligrowtee.shop immediately with your order number to request a modification or cancellation.
