1. Compliance with DMCA

Ligrowtee is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable intellectual property laws. We respect the creative work of artists and designers and expect our users to do the same. As an online provider of modern wall art, we maintain a strict process for responding to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the United States Copyright Act.

2. DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on ligrowtee.shop infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, Ligrowtee will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material that is claimed to be infringing. We will also take reasonable steps to promptly notify the user who posted the material that we have removed or disabled access to it.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located.

5. Repeat Infringers

It is the policy of Ligrowtee, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate the accounts of users or partners who are repeat infringers or who are repeatedly charged with infringement. We reserve the right to decide what constitutes “repeat infringement” based on our internal records and legal requirements.

6. Designated DMCA Agent Contact

Please send all DMCA-related notices to our designated agent. Notifications that do not comply with the DMCA requirements may not receive a response.
