3. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your wall art must meet the following criteria:

  • The request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date recorded by the carrier.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unmounted, and undamaged.
  • The art must be returned in its original professional packaging to prevent damage during the return transit.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return transactions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized wall art specifically commissioned by the client.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Items that show clear signs of use or have been altered/mounted by the customer.

5. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the art.

Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 7 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.

Zero Fee Guarantee: Ligrowtee does not charge any restocking fees or administrative handling fees for returns. We believe in a straightforward experience for our customers.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect artwork, Ligrowtee takes full responsibility. Please contact us at support@ligrowtee.shop within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item.

In these cases, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return, and a replacement piece will be dispatched at no additional cost to you, or a full refund will be issued if preferred.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled without penalty within the first 12 hours of placement. Because we strive for a fast handling time (1-2 days), orders that have already entered the printing or fulfillment stage cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the customer must wait to receive the item and then initiate a standard return request.
